We worked with the ELA organisation, in Malawi, to finance a children’s playground, to help local children with learning disabilities.

The LEO Playground is located in the grounds of an ELA primary school, in the village of Mazembe, and was built to help the children gain the motor skills they lack, extend their range of movement, improve their stamina and help them enjoy exercising every day. It consists of two sets of swings, one seesaw, one slide, a climbing frame, monkey bars and a tetherball.

The whole village helped with the assembly and painting of the appliances, and the joy when the playground was finished was enormous.
